Spring Pictures 2010

We went to Katy Heritage Park on Friday to take some new family photos. The girls did pretty good. Kennedy would rather be running around and playing than posing for a pictures. McKinlea is my little model. Family is amazing!

Egg Dying

Okay, this post should have been before the Easter post, but that is how it goes. We dyed Easter eggs in our garage the other day. We had a great plan to have the girls sit down and dye them. The girls colored the eggs with white crayons. McKinlea was into the egg dying, but Kennedy was more into what was going on outside. We did get the eggs dyed and the girls had a great time.

Easter 2010

We had a wonderful Easter weekend. Gigi and Boppa came down to spend Easter with us. My Mom and Dad came over for Easter lunch. This Easter was the first time that both girls really got into the Easter egg hunting. We had to help Kennedy a litle bit. Overall, we had some great family time. John and I feel so blessed to have the family we have!

Busy Weekend

We had a wonderful and busy weekend. We did not have much to do, so we played and played and then played some more. We spent most of Sat. outside in the front or playing in the playhouse outside. We went to church this morning and it was "Palm Sunday" so they had the children come in waving palms. Kennedy was in the nursery (she can not make it through church), so it was just McKinlea. She would only go if she got to walk with Emily. They did a great job. This evening was a quiet one. The girls found a way to get into our bed. You will see in the pictures. Oh, we also had the LPS school carnival this afternoon. I will post those pics later.

Playing so hard.....

We played very hard during Spring Break. We went to the park, zoo, library, and played outside almost every day. McKinlea is not much of a nap taker anymore, but this is what I found during "quiet time" on Friday. It was just so cute, I had to snap a picture.
